CranioSacral Therapy
CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases deep tensions in the body, alleviating pain and dysfunction while enhancing overall health and performance. With a soft touch, typically no greater than 5 grams (about the weight of a nickel), CranioSacral Therapy works to soften and release restrictions in the soft tissues surrounding the central nervous system.
As these restrictions are gently released, clients often experience a profound sense of relaxation, calmness, and relief from pain symptoms. CranioSacral Therapy works deep within the body’s nervous system, releasing tension patterns by finding restrictions that are sometimes felt far from the structure itself. For instance, the movement of the cerebral spinal fluid may be minimally inhibited by a tension pattern in the foot or knee. When we work on the restriction in the knee or foot, the flow of fluid through the body’s craniosacral system is improved, and an overall sense of relaxation and ease is felt.
Following a CranioSacral Therapy session, clients commonly report feeling deeply relaxed, at ease, and an overall sense of well-being within their body. Discover the therapeutic benefits of CranioSacral Therapy and unlock your body’s natural capacity for healing and restoration.
